"I am grateful to Skye and Jade Journeys for the opportunity to participate in ceremony to honor the Mayan New Year, the Year of the Seed. I didn't know why I was meant to be a part of this gathering in Mexico, I just trusted my intuition.
On the first evening of ceremony our group was told that our most important mission was to remain loving at all times no matter what. It was essential for us to recognize if we were out of balance and do whatever we needed to bring ourselves back into balance. That message was simple enough to understand. Then, we were asked to begin these days of ceremony with a prayer for someone in our family who needed help. In my case, I prayed for my 28 year old son who has suffered from drug addiction and mental illness for the past 14 years and was about to travel to Brazil to receive healing.
Each ceremony we did allowed me to experience greater forgiveness, unconditional love,peace, hope and balance within. I received several unexpected gifts, an ancestral healing with Skye, a healing from Divine Mother who removed all of my grief as a mother of a very sick young man and a darshan (initiation, blessing) from Divine Mother.
All of these gifts prepared me for the events that took place with my son when he went to Brazil. My son was arrested in Brazil for drugs, decided he did not want healing and was lucky to be able to return to the U.S. My trip to Mexico helped me to stay in balance as I let go of my son 100% with pure love. I am grateful for synchronicity in my life and for having this incredible healing moment. Thank you Skye for this sacred journey."
